Check the operating system
Android TV, Google TV and standard Android TV boxes can have different app interfaces. Check Settings → About and write down the device model and software version.
Ask for the current application
Confirm the recommended SenyTV app with support. Use an official app store where the recommended app is available. If support provides a download, verify the source and device compatibility before installing.
Review installation permissions
Only allow the permissions needed by the app. If a specific installation requires permission from another source, enable it only for the intended installer and disable it again after installation.
Enter your subscription information
Type the details supplied by SenyTV into the appropriate fields. Check for accidental spaces and keep upper- and lower-case characters exactly as supplied.
Test your connection
Open the app and test playback. If needed, restart the app and device, then contact support with the model and any error message.
